At Blueage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blueage account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
